 John Shmorhun is a high-level management executive with over 30 years of experience working with private businesses and charities.

Most recently, John worked as CEO of Agrogeneration, one of the largest farming businesses in Ukraine, and has a deep knowledge of living and working in Ukraine.

 A British Ukrainian UK-qualified Chartered Accountant formerly with PwC who has over 15 years of experience living and working in Ukraine.

Andy has worked as CFO of 2 international cellular companies in Ukraine, responsible for budgets of USD 200M.

A Swiss Canadian of Ukrainian heritage, raised in Geneva, Tuscia is a psychologist by training, a graduate of the University of Geneva, Switzerland, with a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from McGill University, Montreal. She is the Co-founder of Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation, Founding Partner of Porcelain Medical Group, and co-founder of PSI-Pechersk International School – in Kyiv, Ukraine.
